California Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against CH Robinson for Wage & Hour Violations

The California class action attorneys at Blumenthal, Nordrehaug & Bhowmik have filed an amended complaint in a wage and hour class action lawsuit against CH Robinson. The California overtime lawsuit against CH Robinson on behalf of the freight employees alleges, among other things, that the freight employees working for CH Robinson are misclassified as exempt from overtime based on their job duties.
